Your adventure begins in Arusha before flying directly into the world renowned Serengeti National Park, where you’ll enjoy thrilling game drives across endless savannahs in search of the legendary Big Five lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and the endangered black rhinoceros (within the Ngorongoro ecosystem).
DAY 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport – Arusha City: 55kms/1hour

upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by one of our experienced driver guides who will escort you to Arusha Town and to your reserved hotel.

DAY 2: Arusha Flight to Ndutu Ngorongoro (Southern part of Serengeti)
After breakfast you will be transferred to Arusha Airport for your flight to Ndutu in (exact time depends on flight booked). Upon arrival, begin your first game drive across Ndutu region, located in the southern Serengeti and northern Ngorongoro. This area is prime territory during the calving season Zebra and wildebeest are the most numerous of the migrating animals here, grazing on the short-grass. But your driver-guide will also be on the lookout for other wildlife, too, using his expertise and ‘eagle-eyes’ to try to find elephant, lions, buffalo, leopard and cheetah just some of the many, many species you will encounter in this stunning place. Drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Mid Range: Nyikani Migration Camp on Full Board Basis
DAY 3: Full Day in Ndutu Area:
Following your breakfast, you will have another full day in the migration area. This is the special area for the migratory animals to give birth, Zebra and wildebeest are the most numerous of the migrating animals here, grazing on the short-grass plains of the Southern Serengeti and the northern part of the Ngorongoro Conservation area. But your driver-guide will also be on the lookout for other wildlife, too, using his expertise and ‘eagle eyes’ to try to find elephant, lions, buffalo, leopard and cheetah just some of the many, many species you will encounter in this stunning place.
Mid Range: Nyikani Migration Camp on Full Board Basis
DAY 4: Ndutu to Ngorongoro: 3 hours drive
Following an early breakfast, Morning game drive afternoon depart Ndutu and journey north towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. En route, enjoy wildlife spotting as you transition from the Serengeti plains to the crater highlands. Spend the evening at a comfortable lodge or campsite near the crater rim.
Overnight: Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge on Full Board Basis
DAY 5: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha
After breakfast, we will drive to Ngorongoro for the crater tour with picnic descent to the crater floor for the day tour. Some 20,000 mammals live in the area including about 20 black rhinoceros, making the crater the best place in Tanzania to see these amazing creatures. The crater floor also has one of the highest carnivore densities in the world. Lions, cheetahs, hyenas and jackals are commonly seen, while leopards, servals and bat-eared foxes may be seen with some luck. Later during the day, you will proceed to Arusha where you will be transferred to the airport accordingly to your flight schedule.
